About registration
Registration & accommodation fees can be paid only by credit card. Please fill up ONLINE REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION. Your registration and/or accommodation requests can only be confirmed before upon your application is received together with the necessary payment.

Official course accommodation options are Fairmont Hotel Quasar & Polat Reinassance Hotel Bosphorus. The organizer will be offering reasonable prices for your convenience.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received before or on 20 August 2024 will be %80 refunded, excluding bank commission costs.For cancellations made after 20 August 2024 no refund is applicable.All of refunds will be paid after the Course dates
